Terms of Service

1. You will not post content that infringes on other’s intellectual property, or other rights.
2. You retain copyright and any other rights you already hold in content which you post or display on your profile. By submitting the content you give CastingWords a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, publish and distribute the content.
3. All work submitted is a work for hire, and as such you do not retain copyright on it. See the Independent Contractor agreement.
4. You must submit a valid W-9, or other tax documentation, to us, to work.
5. You must be over the age of 18. Additionally the use of the site is restricted to people of legal age in their country.
6. Your work and interactions on this site will be professional, and courteous.
7. We can remove any content you post, and revoke your account at will and/or if you violate these terms or any other agreement with CastingWords.
